What is your shipping policy?
☆ ALL packages will be shipped with insurance and tracking numbers via USPS and because of this, once the package is picked up from me via the USPS mail personnel and the tracking number is given to you, I cannot be responsible for the package! So be sure to double-check that you have given me your correct name and address upon ordering!
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the sets and the sanitary unknowns at hand, all sales are final, and thus I will not be offering returns or refunds of any kind. However, If for example; there is an issue with your set design-wise or there is something missing from your order or application kit, you can DM me directly @96nailz on Instagram or email Customerservice.96nailz@gmail.com and I will contact you directly to insure proper help with your order!
What does the set come with?
Every set comes with an application kit that includes the following sealed items:
Nail Glue, nail file, Double-sided cuticle pusher, 70% sterile alcohol wipes & nail tabs for easier removal!
Every order also includes free treats (that I frequently change for variety) these things can range from Japanese or Chinese candies and cute travel sized snacks to kawaii stickers and other small trinkets for free!
How long will my set last?
With proper application via the instructions and care your full press-on set can last up to 4 weeks! It is extremely important to keep them clean around the cuticle area and safe from harsh chemicals to ensure that they last that full 4 weeks!
How can I reuse my set?
Your nail set can easily be reused by simply making sure to clean off all residual glue and used nail tabs from the backs of all the nails before storing them away inside the box they came in!
(TIP: You can use the double-sided cuticle stick to help scrap off any glue you can't remove with your hands!)
What is “gal style” ?
What are all the other available shapes?
ALL other shapes are western or rather standard American nail shapes! All sets are available in standard western shapes or styles. Whereas with “gal style”, that is simply an easy term I made up to describe explain my default nail style that I post and work with. 96NAILZ specifically works with authentic Japanese nail techniques! Over the past 5 years, I’ve studied endlessly to bring something authentic to the community most western nail techs refused too before me with the look and shape of nails. These styles and shapes are either uncommon or even frowned upon in the American nail space sadly. The blunt or rather rounded ends specifically is aesthetically unpleasing to many unknowing westerners who may not have ever seen what actual Gyaru nails in Japan look like, let alone understand why they look the way they do. However, as a Gyaru myself of nearly 7 years, I truly believe this style of nail work is legitimate regardless of how known it may or may not be in the west and beyond that, the nails are even more beautiful when they are accompanied by properly executed Japanese nail trends and techniques! Gyaru nails are special and specific in the way that they can only be done because an artist has sat down and paid close attention to and or studied Japanese nails, Japanese nail products and the detailed techniques required to achieve the luxury end result and since 96NAILZ specializes in genuine authenticity, accuracy and high luxurious quality; I simplify feel it is beyond necessary to provide that extra level of authenticity and true quality to the wider community of Gals who may not be able to get their nails done in Shibuya just yet!
